About The Role
This role is all about supporting the day-to-day operations of our storage facility. You'll be the friendly face greeting customers, handling enquiries, processing payments, and keeping the site clean, safe, and well-presented.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide friendly, professional service to customers in person and over the phone
2. Assist with general admin tasks and daily accounting processes (Sitelink)
3. Process payments and issue receipts
4. Support customers with truck and van rentals
5. Maintain the hire schedule and operate the lift safely
6. Keep the facility clean, tidy, and hazard-free
