The Opportunity: You will take full ownership of an industrial build, managing site operations from early works through to completion.
This role will suit a hands‑on Site Manager who can drive programme, manage subcontractors effectively and maintain strong safety and quality standards on site.
Key Responsibilities
* Day‑to‑day management of the construction site
* Coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers
* Driving programme to ensure timely delivery
* Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and compliance
