Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire pupils' love of learning.
Plan and teach a broad, balanced curriculum tailored to the needs of all children.
Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing ideas and strategies to enhance teaching practice.
Monitor and assess pupil progress, ensuring each child is supported to achieve their full potential.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Passion and enthusiasm for primary education.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
