About Your New Role
As an HR Leader, you will be responsible for leading AnglicareCQ's human resources function and fostering a positive, high-performing organisational culture. This role involves overseeing the delivery of contemporary HR systems, policies, and practices, providing expert leadership across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

About You
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and contemporary HR leader with a strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and a proven ability to deliver strategic and operational outcomes. You will hold a relevant completed tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline and have a minimum of five years' experience at a managerial level.
