Something big is landing in the Adelaide Hills rebel Mt Barker is opening soon, and we need an Assistant Store Manager who's ready to roll up their sleeves and help launch a store that sets the standard.
You'll lead from the floor, energise a team of 25+, and make sure every KPI is smashed while safety stays front and centre. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves accountability, thrives on teamwork, and brings ideas that spark success.

* Manage daily store operations to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
* Lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
* Motivate and inspire the team to achieve results.
* Train staff, drive floor sales, and ensure visual merchandising standards.
* Maintain stock control, health & safety, and store security.
Qualifications
* Management / leadership experience.
