* Support clients before and during trips, assisting with questions, changes, or issues that may arise.
* Recommend upgrades, excursions, travel insurance, and destination tips to make each trip special.
* Check in with clients post-travel to gather feedback, encourage reviews, and promote future bookings.
* Stay informed about travel trends, supplier offerings, and destination news to offer current advice and opportunities.
* Maintain organized documentation for client bookings, payments, and preferences.
Qualifications:
* Customer service, sales, or travel planning experience is an asset.
