For this contract role you must be an Australian Citizen to be considered.This government department is seeking an Automation Tester to come on board.
As a department they embrace the latest Cloud technology to deliver high quality citizen-facing digital services using Salesforce Platform as a Service (PaaS).
This would be an excellent role for a skilled automation Tester who is a competent programmer who is familiar with Tosca, API integration and Salesforce.
Excellent communications skills, a keen eye for detail and a team player would be the right attributes.
Responsibilities
Review of software requirements
Preparation of test cases
Develop automation testing scripts
Execution of tests
Reporting of defects
Preparation of test reports
Essential Skills
Experience with test planning, execution, management, and reporting
Familiarity with HTML and at least one (C#, Java, JavaScript, Groovy) programming language
Experience in analysing requirements, developing, and designing test scripts
Strong working experience with TOSCA and Integration testing tools (e.g., SOAPUI, POSTMAN)
Understanding and experience with Agile and DevOps practices and methodologies
Having hands on experience on utilising tools like JIRA, Zephyr and confluence for execution and testing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable skills
Salesforce application testing experience (e.g., knowledge of SOQL and Data Loader)
