The Role
We're looking for Chefs to join our kitchen team on a casual basis. You'll work alongside experienced chefs to deliver high-quality dishes, support busy service periods, and contribute to a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and plate dishes with consistency and attention to detail
* Work with seasonal ingredients and local suppliers
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
* Support the team during peak service times
* Contribute ideas and energy to a collaborative kitchen environment
What We're Looking For
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
* Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
* Strong prep, cooking, and plating skills
* Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
* Positive attitude and team spirit
* Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
