Responsibilities
* Engage with Authorised Apple Resellers to accelerate sales of Apple's entire product and service ecosystem within their store environment.
* Speak directly to customers, providing them with the right knowledge and value so they can make informed choices that best suit their needs.
* Educate and empower store staff to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product and services portfolio, deliver an extraordinary customer experience, and build a team of Apple brand advocates.
* Increase sales and provide outstanding customer service while delivering individual and group product demonstrations and helping customers set up their new Apple products.
* Strive for perfection ensuring Apple fixtures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple standards.
Schedule
* Full‑time (38 hours weekly Wed‑Sun): Malaga / Joondalup
* Part‑time (29 hours weekly Thu‑Sun): Booragoon / Clovedale / Rockingham / Bunbury
* Full‑time availability required to work a regular schedule of Wednesdays to Sundays, reliably attend work as scheduled in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
* Part‑time availability required to be scheduled from Thursdays to Sundays, reliably attend work as scheduled.

Required Experience
Years of experience in retail sales and customer service roles within technology or consumer electronics environments.
