Our client is seeking an experienced and adaptable Administration & Operations Coordinator to support their team. If you’re a confident office all‑rounder who enjoys variety and can jump into different functions with ease, this role will suit you perfectly. Key Responsibilities Job creation and administrative setup Inbox & correspondence management Data entry, including timesheets and accounts payable Invoicing & account reconciliations Preparing and maintaining reports Client portal management General administrative support across multiple departments Acting as a point of continuity during staff leave About You 5 years’ experience in a busy office/admin environment Strong organisational and multitasking ability Experience with invoicing, reconciliation & financial admin High attention to detail and accuracy Confident communicator, both written and verbal Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable supporting various teams Why This Role?
