The Kitchen Hand supports the kitchen by maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation. This role ensures chefs can focus on cooking by keeping the BOH running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Dishwashing, rubbish removal, and daily cleaning.
Keep BOH, storerooms, and delivery areas organised.
Assist chefs with basic prep tasks.
Maintain hygiene and WHS compliance at all times.
