Strata Manager Role
We are seeking a highly process-oriented, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Strata Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for connecting with owners of strata complexes in the Greater Perth region and related industry connections. Your primary objective will be to efficiently address and resolve allocated tasks in a timely manner while advising on all aspects of Strata Management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
* Address and resolve support requests within our 'Town Square' platform and proactively address potential issues within your diverse portfolio of strata schemes.
* Retrieval of general information from various platforms, including Property IQ accounting software to address client requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strata industry experience.
* Proven success in new client communications.
* Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
* Strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
* Able to operate effectively in a Values / Behaviour based organisation and role model behaviours.
