Coaching the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and seamless shopping throughout the store.

Suporting the achievement of sales targets and managing controllable costs for the store.

Leading the store and team in the absence of a manager on duty.

Supporting the training of the team in customer service, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities.

Encouraging development with the team by providing timely feedback.

Regular Sunday work is required for this role.
