Reporting to the Systems Engineering Manager, these roles offer the opportunity to make a direct impact in a niche, fast-growing defence technology sector.
You'll be at the heart of developing current and next-generation products, bridging the gap between stakeholder needs and engineering outcomes.
This means gathering, analysing, and managing requirements, ensuring complex systems come together seamlessly, and empowering development teams to work towards common goals.

What you'll do Work with a team of systems engineers across sensors effectors and product development to define and deliver new capabilities.
Develop and embed systems engineering processes that promote best practice, efficiency, and quality.
Manage documentation of system design, requirements, and test strategies, with a strong focus on integration testing.
Act as the bridge between stakeholders and engineering teams, communicating risks, issues, and progress.
Own technical problems, coordinate cross-functional solutions, and drive continual product improvement.
Partner with Product and Project Management to align deliverables and milestones.
Bring the customer's voice into development teams, ensuring new features meet real-world needs.
What you'll bring Bachelor's or Master's in Systems, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, or similar.
3+ years' experience in systems engineering within complex product development.
Strong grasp of systems engineering frameworks, tools, and lifecycle principles.
Experience with requirements management for hardware/software systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, taking ownership of deliverables.
Desirable: experience with AI-enabled systems, RF hardware/software, electronic warfare, or distributed systems.
Bonus: exposure to cybersecurity in systems engineering, Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence).
A drive to excel in a high-empowerment, fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Bonus Points For Exposure to electronic warfare, artificial intelligence, or machine learning domains.
Experience conducting product demonstrations, gathering end-user feedback, or supporting external product events.
