About Us
Olympic Sports Clinic is a well-established and highly regarded Physiotherapy practice with 8 satellite clinics across the Southern Suburbs of Adelaide.
Our main Hallett Cove clinic is home to a supportive, professional, and multidisciplinary team including experienced Physiotherapists, an Exercise Physiologist, Massage Therapists, and a dedicated Administration team.
We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our team and lead the day-to-day operations of our busy and growing practice.
About the Role
As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily performance, workflow, and operational efficiency of the clinic.
Working closely with the Principal Physiotherapist, you will ensure that systems, processes, resources, and compliance requirements are met, while upholding exceptional patient care and customer service standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Staff management, including rostering, recruitment and HR support
* Financial reporting/accounts including payroll and debtor management
* Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
* Oversight of administrative processes and project management
* Maintaining strong, professional patient relationships
* Providing front-office support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Experience with Medicare, Private Health Insurance, HICAPS, MVA, RTWSA, EPC and NDIS billing is essential, along with strong computer literacy.

About You
You may already be an experienced Practice Manager, or you may have extensive experience in Medical Reception/Administration and are ready to step up into a leadership position.
You are passionate about patient care and lead by example, supporting and motivating the Admin team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
You are energetic, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where each day brings something new. You are organised, adaptable, and confident managing competing priorities.
You will also demonstrate:

* Professional presentation and a positive, team-focused attitude
* Strong problem-solving ability
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Flexibility to support the changing needs of the practice
* Supervisory or leadership experience (highly regarded)
