This is a home-based, autonomous position ideal for experienced B2B sales professionals ready to take full ownership of their territory and partner network.

About This Position:
As Territory Sales Manager, you'll take full responsibility for sales and relationship growth within Victoria, while working closely with both national team members and external partners.
Expect a dynamic mix of fieldwork, channel engagement, and solution-focused selling in sectors where communication is mission-critical.
Key Responsibilities:
Strengthen relationships with local distribution partners
Deliver product updates, training, and sales support
Collaborate on client-facing proposals and technical briefs
Business Development
Explore new opportunities across government and industry
Lead tender submissions and solution positioning
Highlight reliability, performance, and value across applications
Client Engagement & Representation
Serve as a trusted contact for end users and stakeholders
Represent the brand at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
Gather market intelligence and competitor activity updates
Reporting & Internal Collaboration
Manage pipeline and regional forecasts
Work with technical and national sales teams to resolve issues
Share partner and client feedback to improve product direction
What you’ll bring to the role:
Full Australian working rights (Citizen or PR)
Demonstrated success in territory or channel sales, ideally within technical or solution-based industries
Strong relationship-building skills across enterprise or government sectors
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Solid negotiation, proposal writing, and time management skills
High level of independence, motivation, and self-discipline
Highly Regarded
Experience or knowledge in two-way radio systems (DMR, P25, NXDN)
Existing networks within government, public safety, or industrial sectors
Ability to deliver solution-oriented product presentations and training
Location:
Home-based in Victoria (adaptable – metro or regional VIC)
Field travel required across VIC
Working Hour:
Full-time, 38 hours/week
Salary range:
Competitive and above market standards (Negotiable based on experience)
