Due to internal growth, an exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated Procurement Manager – AgChem & Seeds to join our Supply Chain team, reporting to the GM - Supply Chain. This full-time, permanent role focuses on partnering with our suppliers and internal stakeholders to maximise procurement spend, aligned with our strategic goals.

Gillman SA (preferred) or Warriewood NSW
Immediate start available
Salary – Negotiable based on prior experience
Key Responsibilities
* Sourcing and selecting suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms
* Building strong relationships internally and externally to drive business growth
* Managing supplier panels, contract negotiations, and optimising commercial terms
* Supporting the Retail team with market data and opportunities
* Ensuring supplier gross margins and security of supply meet company objectives
* Travel to store & supplier locations, as required
About you
* Proven experience within the Agricultural Chemical Market
* Strong relationships with Agricultural industry suppliers
* Demonstrated negotiation skills and commercial acumen
* Proactive approach with the ability to identify and implement improvementsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a commitment to safety
This role is initially office-based to support onboarding, training, and integration with the team. Hybrid working arrangements may be considered after the probation period, subject to role and responsibility requirements.
