CoreStaff Darwin are seeking a Boilermaker for a casual position based in Palmerston;
About our Client: Our client is a family-owned engineering company based in Darwin, NT. They provide quality products and custom engineering solutions to clients in mining, marine, oil & gas, defence, construction, and civil construction industries and are seeking an experienced Boilermaker for their workshop based in Pinelands.
About the Role
* Location: Pinelands, Darwin, NT
* Casual with potential to transition to full-time for the right candidate
* Monday–Friday, with early finish on Fridays
* $60 per hour
* Immediate start available
* Darwin-based candidates only
Key Responsibilities
* Fabrication of structural sections and industrial plant equipment assemblies
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings
* Using MIG, FCAW, Arc air gouging, and Oxy cutting techniques
* Competent across all facets of boilermaking
Requirements
* Certificate III or higher in Metal Fabrication or equivalent
* Minimum 4 years' demonstrated experience
* Darwin-based candidates only
* Ability to pass random drug and alcohol testing
