We are seeking an experienced and motivated Resort Manager (single or couple) to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 31-room coastal Queensland resort with an on-site bar and restaurant.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a self-managed environment, with responsibility across accommodation, guest experience, and restaurant/bar operations.
The role offers a true coastal lifestyle opportunity, with accommodation available if required and the ability to take ownership of a well-positioned resort operation.
🏝️ Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all daily resort operations
* Manage guest bookings, check-ins, and customer service
* Supervise housekeeping and property presentation
* Coordinate maintenance and contractors
* Oversee bar and restaurant operations, including staff coordination and service standards
* Manage online booking platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, direct bookings)
* Handle basic financials, reporting, and stock control
* Ensure a high standard of guest experience across all areas

* Proven experience in resort, hotel, or accommodation management
* Experience in restaurant or hospitality operations is essential
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Able to work autonomously and take initiative
