Join a fast-growing alternative asset platform investing across private credit, real estate and tactical opportunities. The Principal Investments team deploys flexible capital to buy, build and partner with high-quality businesses, with a strong emphasis on disciplined investing, alignment and long-term value creation.
As an Associate, you will support the full investment lifecycle across private markets. This includes, building detailed financial models and valuations (DCF, LBO, comps), preparing investment committee papers and transaction materials, leading components of commercial, financial, legal and operational due diligence, conducting market research and developing sector theses. You will also be assisting with portfolio company oversight, including board materials, performance monitoring and value-creation initiatives and contribute to origination efforts and management of relationships with advisors, investors and capital partners.
We are seeking candidates with 2–5 years' experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate advisory, credit or consulting. You will have advanced financial modelling skills and strong understanding of M&A and investment evaluation, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be highly organised and detail oriented.
