Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Corporate & Commercial team in Adelaide, Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising on licensing and commercialisation of new technologies and brands.
* Reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, including advice on unfair contract terms.
* Assisting the broader Corporate & Commercial team with IP, technology, and privacy elements of M&A transactions.
* Providing advice under the Privacy Act, including drafting Privacy Policies and other documentation.
Requirements:
* 4+ years PAE experience in contracting and written communication.
* Strong strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* Possess a passion for emerging legal issues and new areas of technology.
