Port Hedland - We are currently considering applications from local residents only
Opportunity:
Casual, Part Time and Full Time opportunities available, up to 40 hours per week.
Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and a variety of day or evening shifts (no night shifts required).
We are seeking experienced and reliable Support Workers, to support participants with daily living, personal care, and community inclusion. You will work closely with individuals to help them achieve their NDIS goals in a respectful and empowering way.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualised and high-quality support aligned with participant goals.
Provide personal care and support with daily living activities.
Assist with community access and social inclusion.
Follow direction from participants, families, and EPIC's Client Coordinators.
Complete case notes, documentation, and incident reports in a timely manner.
Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all.
Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
WA "C" Class driver's licence (or overseas equivalent with valid visa)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working with Children Check (mandatory)
Proven experience supporting people with disability
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and follow support plans
Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and person-centred practice
Certificate IV in Disability or Community Services
Complex care experience (e.g. PEG feeding, hoisting, manual handling)
Experience working with diverse or remote communities
Familiarity with NDIS processes and compliance
