Sales Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Leader to manage our global Telco accounts.
As a Global Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
You will work closely with high-profile clients, leveraging our comprehensive product and service portfolio to meet their needs and drive business growth.
This role requires a consultative selling approach, C-level communication experience, a deep understanding of client business processes, the skill to lead global team members, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Account Management:
* Monitor account performance, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements and service level expectations.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance, opportunities for improvement, and future collaboration plans.
* Build, present, and execute on Account Plan Reviews (APRs).
Consultative Selling:
* Understand clients' business challenges and objectives, providing consultative advice and proposing effective solutions.
* Present our product and service offerings in a compelling manner, demonstrating value and ROI.
Client Relationship Management:
* Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level stakeholders within assigned global accounts.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Forecasting:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
* Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status, sales activities, and market conditions to senior management.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the Telco segment.
* Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and achieving sales targets.
