. Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Part-time contract (Parental leave) Dec 2025 – Aug 2026. 4 days per week.
Responsibilities
Experienced administrator to support the Commercial Valuations team.
Set up, editing, and formatting valuation reports to a high standard.
Provide management and coordination of valuation instructions to support the team and ensure deadlines are met.
Finance support related duties; coordinating processing of invoices, expenses, and debtor management.
General office and administrative duties as required to support the wider team and daily operations.
About you
Experienced administrator with the ability to organise and manage time-critical tasks with accuracy and speed (experience in property or finance sectors preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
Robust Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills with ability to learn new systems.
Flexible, proactive approach with adaptability to a changing environment.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
