About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this position plays a key role in financial planning, commercial analysis, contract management, and supporting strategic business decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Conduct in-depth financial research across the Group to identify trends, variances, risks and opportunities.
- Develop financial models, forecasts and scenario analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators and cashflows to support strategic decision-making.
Contracts Management
- Oversee the full lifecycle of commercial contracts-negotiation, execution, renewal and termination.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legislative requirements and internal policies.
- Assess financial risks associated with contracts and ensure alignment to business objectives.
- Maintain ongoing compliance with agreed contract terms and conditions.
Project Financial Oversight
- Manage the financial integrity of projects, including cost tracking, time management and quality outcomes.
- Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analysis on completed projects.
- Provide insights to support commercial decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
- Partner with the Executive Management Team to deliver reporting, financial findings, risk analysis and forecasting.
- Liaise with external advisors and consultants as required.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance
- Apply a continuous improvement mindset to identify process improvements and efficiencies.
- Assist with monthly and annual financial compliance requirements for the Group.
About You
You are a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a quick-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple business areas. Ideally, you will bring:
- Degree qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or Business Law.
- 5+ years' experience in financial planning, analysis and commercial strategy.
- Experience managing full contract lifecycles.
- Strong analytical, modelling and forecasting capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High-level stakeholder engagement and reporting experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
