Market Research Telephone Interviewer – EY
Join EY as a casual Market Research Telephone Interviewer. The role is based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia and runs from 12 January until mid‑February.
Responsibilities
You will conduct outbound telephone surveys to collect insights for EY Sweeney's research clients. The position requires a polite and professional telephone manner, excellent communication skills, fluency in spoken and written English, and a commitment to data integrity. The project run will be Monday to Friday, 12:00–14:00 (shifts may vary).
Qualifications
* Eligibility to work in Australia (international students and Working Holiday Visa holders welcome).
* Consistently punctual, respectful, and professionally presented at all times.
* Experience in conducting outbound market research interviews is highly regarded but not essential.

Rate and Hours
The hourly rate commences at $32.26. The rate increases to $36.08 after 50 hours of fieldwork (unless you have already obtained these hours with a previous Market Research employer).
