As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving delicious Mexican-inspired food, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and contributing to a positive and team-oriented atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
* Greeting and serving customers with a friendly and professional attitude
* Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Preparing and assembling food orders according to company standards
* Operating cash registers and handling transactions
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area and kitchen
* Following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
* Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
* Demonstrating a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced workplace
Qualifications
* Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team setting
* Robust attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality service
* Versatile availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
