**The Role**:
As the Cluster Manager, you will thrive in a busy environment and be an experienced, inspirational leader who is motivated by driving sales. You will oversee the Liverpool store as well as two concession pads and a team of 20.

- Proven experience leading a team to success in a retail environment, achieving sales, wages and targets
- Passionate about coaching and leading a team with experience in performance management

- An understanding and love for fashion trends and styling
