Location: Canberra (Two clinic locations in Hawker & Queanbeyan)

With a strong and growing client base operating across two clinics, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Cosmetic Nurse to join our team.
About the Role
This is a senior-level position suited to a confident, highly skilled cosmetic nurse with a minimum of three years (+) experience in the industry. You will be responsible for delivering advanced cosmetic treatments to our clients across both clinics, whilst also performing the role of senior educator and mentor for our junior nurses.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform cosmetic injectable treatments (anti-wrinkle, dermal fillers, boosters, etc) to a high standard
* Conduct thorough client consultations and develop tailored treatment plans
* Deliver exceptional patient care with a focus on safety and desired results
* Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
* Uphold clinic standards, protocols, and TGA guidelines
* Contribute to client retention and clinic growth
* Mentor, educate or support junior staff growth and development
About You
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
* Minimum 3+ years experience in cosmetic injectables
* Strong consultation skills and aesthetic eye
* Knowledge of TGA advertising and treatment regulations
* Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
* Passionate about skin, aesthetics, and ongoing education
* Existing client base (highly regarded but not essential)
* Leadership qualities and ability to work collaboratively with others
