Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in software delivery management for large-scale ICT or cloud migration programs
* Strong knowledge of Git branching strategies, semantic versioning, and CI/CD orchestration
* Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
