Business Development Manager Role
This role presents a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Manager, working closely with the Sales Team to identify opportunities and convert leads. Your proactive approach will be crucial in building relationships with existing and potential customers.
About the Role:
* Business Growth: Identify opportunities for business growth and convert leads within defined markets.
* Customer Relationships: Proactively build relationships with existing and potential customers.
* Sales Pipeline: Develop a strong sales pipeline to ensure achievement of targets.
* Marketing Campaigns: Support local marketing campaigns.
* Rigging Equipment: Work with customers to deliver specialized rigging equipment.
Requirements:
* Experience: Previous BDM or Sales experience, preferably in mining or heavy machinery.
* Lifting and Rigging Markets: Preferred experience in lifting and rigging markets.
* Relationship Building: Ability to foster meaningful relationships with customers.
* Communication Skills: High-level written and verbal communication skills.
* Australian Driver's License: Full, unrestricted Australian driver's license.
