Overview
Two fixed-term contract opportunities for Marketing Manager in the Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) division.
Roles are 9-month and 12-month contracts, potentially full time or 4 days per week.
You'll report into a Senior Marketing Manager and collaborate with the team to develop and execute B2B and B2C marketing strategies across Products and Lending portfolios, including Consumer banking, Broker and Wealth products.
Experience in an Agile environment is highly regarded as the BMC teams transition to a new way of working.
These roles can be based in Melbourne, Adelaide, or Bendigo.
We offer flexible work options with a hybrid model requiring a minimum of 60% in the office.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across all channels to deliver targeted messaging for specific market, customer, and client audiences.
Develop and execute B2B and B2C marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns for assigned portfolios.
Use post-campaign analytics to report on ROI and campaign performance; present findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to shape customer value propositions for products and services that improve banking experiences.
Qualifications
A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing (preferred).
Experience as a Marketing Manager in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance, or with services or ecommerce product marketing.
Proven ability to drive metric-driven marketing and demonstrate strong commercial acumen.
Experience in developing B2B and B2C marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns; strong stakeholder management skills.
