Managing a portfolio tailored to your experience around 70 - 80 buildings, this is an opportunity that will see you:Building and nurturing key relationships with property owners and committeesConfidently interpreting, applying, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislationManaging dispute resolution and contract negotiationCoordinate building repairs, obtaining quotes, and overseeing maintenancePreparing and managing budgets, and producing financial reports.Chairing owners' and committee meetingsOrganise and facilitate virtual and onsite meetings, including periodic site inspections.The Candidate Previous experience in Strata Management with a current Strata LicenseStrong attention to detail with the ability to multi-taskThe ability to fit into a bright & bubbly teamA passion for building relationships and providing exceptional customer serviceFantastic time management & organizational skillsHigh level of written & verbal communication skillsThis role is perfect for someone who is highly knowledgeable in strata & strong at actioning tasks
