The Role
Building and nurturing key relationships with property owners and committees
Confidently interpreting, applying, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
Managing dispute resolution and contract negotiation
Coordinate building repairs, obtaining quotes, and overseeing maintenance
Preparing and managing budgets, and producing financial reports.
Chairing owners' and committee meetings
Organize and facilitate virtual and onsite meetings, including periodic site inspections.
The Candidate
Previous experience in Strata Management with a current Strata License
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team
A passion for building relationships and providing exceptional customer service
Fantastic time management & organizational skills
High level of written & verbal communication skills
This role is perfect for someone who is highly knowledgeable in strata & strong at actioning tasks
