The Opportunity
Be the commercial engine that keeps things moving. This role exists to enable commercial success—making sure contracts are clear, campaigns are enabled, and stakeholders stay aligned so partners and customers get what they need, faster.
What You Will Do
Coordinate Trading Terms, Variations & addendums end-to-end
Manage contract documentation and ensure alignment to policies and partner expectations
Act as the first point of contact for commercial queries; clarify, chase actions and remove blockers
Support sales & marketing launches and enablement with creative, practical execution
Own the Marketing Fund process: claims, ledger management, and monthly reconciliations
Prepare and circulate performance updates (light reporting/dashboards) that inform decisions
Maintain customer/partner data accuracy across CRM/ERP and reporting systems
Assist with rebate & incentive calculations and integrity checks
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Category to align priorities and timelines
Identify and implement process improvements; support audit & compliance requirements
Contribute ideas to sales enablement tools and campaign content
What You Will Bring
Proven experience coordinating contracts/agreements or commercial documentation
Demonstrated strength in stakeholder engagement—clear communicator, great follow-through
Hands-on exposure to sales or marketing operations with visible outcomes
Strong digital capability: confident with Excel and familiar with CRM/ERP (e.g., Salesforce/SAP); Power BI a plus
Track record of problem-solving and process improvement in fast-moving environments
Collaborative, customer-focused mindset with sound commercial judgement
