**About the Opportunity**:
As a Logistics Planner, you will play a vital role in managing the process for all inbound freight. You will create and maintain purchase orders, resolve purchase order enquiries, and validate supplier invoices and customs documentation. You will also be responsible for liaising with 3PL's for inbound/outbound processing, inventory analysis, expired stock, cycle counts, and KPI reporting.
**Duties**:
- Create and maintain purchasing information records
- Resolve purchase order enquiries
- Track, monitor and maintain inbound shipments from supplier to 3PL
- Validate 3PL and transport invoices for accounts payable
- Perform any ad-hoc duties that may be required by the manager
**Skills and Experience**:
- Logistics or Supply Chain experience working within the medical device, pharmaceutical, FMCG or healthcare industry is required.
- Tertiary qualification within supply chain or logistics would be highly beneficial.
- Proficiency working with SAP
- Advanced capabilities in Excel
- Excellent communication style with the ability to build strong business relationship.
- High attention to detail and strong documentation management.
- Knowledge of customs processes and import regulations.
