Overview: We are looking for two Community Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to work in the Perth Metro area on either a part-time or casual basis. You are required to have a minimum of two years-experience working as a practicing EN and you’re confident working with clients supported by NDIS, DVA, VHC and Home Care Packages (HCP). We are ideally in search of professionals who can start as soon as possible although we are certainly willing to wait for the right individual to join our amazing team.

About the role of a Community Registered Nurse in DH Holistic Care:
We’re hiring Community Enrolled Nurses (EN)!
Are you a compassionate Nurse who loves making a real impact in people’s lives? At DH Holistic Care, we’re looking for passionate and experienced Community ENs to join our supportive nursing team on a part-time or casual basis.
In this role, you’ll provide high-quality nursing care to NDIS, DVA and VHC clients right across the Perth Metro area, helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and well-being.
You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll work with an incredible multi-disciplinary team that’s as committed to person-centred care as you are. This is the perfect opportunity for a self-motivated, caring professional who thrives in the community and wants their work to truly matter.
Your duties entail, but are not limited to:
· Delivering evidence-based clinical care, including basic wound care, medication administration, diabetes support, continence care, and PEG support within scope of practice.
· Assisting with the implementation of care plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.
· Conducting health checks, assessments, and post-hospital follow-ups in collaboration with RNs.
· Maintaining accurate and timely client documentation and care records.
· Working closely with Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary team to ensure consistency in care delivery.
· Supporting and providing guidance to community support workers as needed.
· Always upholding client dignity, respect, and cultural sensitivities in care delivery.

You must have:
· A current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2).
· A Diploma Degree in Nursing.
· The ability to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years-experience working in a community, aged care, or hospital settings.
· NDIS Worker Screening / Clearance.
· National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 3 months of the date of your application).
· Working with Children Check.
· Current WA Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.
· Current CPR Certificate.
· Completion of New worker – NDIS induction modules.
· Evidence of COVID-19 and Influenza Vaccination.
· Manual Handling.
