Rental Coordinator Support Rental & Operational Excellence

We are seeking a proactive and organised Rental Operations Coordinator to join our Balcatta team, supporting rental operations, asset coordination, and customer service across our technology and equipment portfolio.
The Role
This is a fast-paced operational role focused on coordinating rental equipment, supporting customers, and ensuring smooth day‐to‐day branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate rental equipment deliveries, collections, and returns
* Manage rental contracts, invoicing, inventory, and asset tracking
* Liaise with customers, service, technical, and sales teams
* Support stocktakes, audits, and operational administration
* Assist with showroom enquiries and customer support
* Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and company procedures
About You
You are highly organised, customer-focused, and thrive in a busy operational environment.
You bring:
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Experience in rental operations, logistics, inventory, or coordination roles
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational capability
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindsetAbility to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively
Experience within construction, mining, heavy equipment, technology, or service industries will be highly regarded.
