Responsibilities
* Own and manage stock, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
* Run the flow of goods and maintain high standards.
* Lead a small team, driving excellence in Back-of-house operations.
* Ensure strong inventory integrity, efficient stock flow and minimise shrinkage to maximise profitability.
* Lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
Qualifications
* Retail management / leadership experience.
* Solid understanding of inventory control.

* Skills in training and achieving results.
