The Opportunity
In this role, you'll take ownership of designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications on the iSeries (AS/400) platform using RPG IV, ILE, and related technologies. You'll play a key role in interfacing and data conversion projects as we gradually transition from RPG to SAP .
Alongside day-to-day support of a custom-built ERP system, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver efficient, scalable, and dependable solutions that keep business operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' proven experience in RPG development
* Strong SQL skills
* Background in manufacturing or sales environments (advantageous)
* Disciplined approach to writing clear, well-documented code
* Experience diagnosing, modifying, and testing custom applications
* Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
