About the Role
This position leads the full finance function and plays a central role in shaping financial performance, operational effectiveness and long term strategy. You will oversee local and offshore finance teams, uplift reporting and analytics, improve processes and provide hands on commercial support to operational leaders. The role suits someone who enjoys building structure, enhancing capability and driving meaningful organisational change.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee statutory reporting, compliance, tax obligations and financial governance
• Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis for the executive team
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management frameworks and audit readiness
• Manage, mentor and develop the finance team with a focus on capability and accountability
• Oversee offshore finance operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness and alignment with internal processes
• Drive systems improvements, automation, workflow optimisation and data integrity initiatives
• Enhance reporting frameworks to improve financial visibility and leadership decision making
• Provide commercial and financial partnering across operations, supporting performance and margin outcomes
• Deliver finance transformation projects from planning through to implementation
• Improve communication channels and reporting structures to streamline information flow across the business
About You
• CA or CPA qualified with extensive senior finance leadership experience
• Background in complex, multi division or large scale service based environments
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence partnering with operations in a hands on capacity
• Proven experience delivering system upgrades, process improvements and finance transformation projects
• Skilled people leader with strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management abilities
