We are seeking a skilled and organized Sales Support Officer to play an integral part in our operations as the first point of contact for clients.

This is a varied role supporting the sales team with administrative tasks including customer orders, invoices, banking, and account reconciliations.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment, retail/warehouse experience with exceptional customer service skills, sound knowledge of the agricultural industry, and proficiency in Microsoft suite.

Responsibilities include:

* Providing administrative support for all sales activities
* Completing branch administration tasks, including banking, purchasing, reconciling, and reporting
* Cross-selling product lines to clients
* Maintaining accurate records of funds receipted


About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

* Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment
* Retail/warehouse experience with exceptional customer service skills
* Solid knowledge of the agricultural industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft suite with ability to learn new systems
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
* Reliable transport and license
