Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a team of 25+ to smash KPIs and deliver outstanding customer service.
* Champion health & safety, store security, and visual merchandising.
* Drive floor sales, manage stock control, and report basic financial performance.
* Maintain a positive, hands‑on, accountable culture and keep the vibe positive.
Qualifications & Experience
* Retail management / leadership experience.
* Track record of leading by example and delivering top‑tier customer service.
* Natural ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
* Strong training, sales driving, and results‑oriented skills.
* Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
