About the role The Support Officer will understand and action the payment authorisation, payment, and reconciliation process end-to-end, and adhere to business requirements for each step.
Similarly, there are administrative requirements throughout the process to capture relevant client payment information for reporting purposes.
Provide excellent customer services by honouring privacy, confidentiality and acting with respect and empathy.
What you will bring Experience in accounts payable, procurement, and financial reconciliation processes Sound attention to detail Problem solving and ability to focus on repetitive tasks Excellent MS Office skills, in particular Excel and shared MS Outlook inbox Strong customer service skills, ability to work with sensitivity, privacy and respect Demonstrated knowledge and experience in providing programs to consumers from diverse backgrounds and cultures, including (but not limited to) First Nations, CALD and LGBTIQ+.
