The primary purpose of this role is to partner with the Foodservice Field Sales team to achieve sales and profit objectives. The Sales Operations Executive plays a key role in maintaining Field team effectiveness through management of the Salesforce tool, conveying strategic objectives aligning field execution with sales and marketing strategies, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for
- Journey planning, Call Cycle Planning. In field optimisations.
- Provide coaching on Salesforce to team members as required.
- Maintain field effectiveness using the Salesforce Tool including data maintenance (i.e., Masterdata).
- Support Sales team with Portal Customer on boarding.
- Maintaining files for products and other collateral in Salesforce.
- Maintain online premiums portal and uniform management.
- Champion adoption of business platforms.
- General analytics on surveys and tracker.
- Reporting on customer interactions, and regular reporting on field effectiveness including Cycle objectives.
- Manage and maintain all field surveys, requests and market intelligence.
- Update the development and implementation of field administrative processes, training manuals.
About You
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or relevant Tertiary Qualification.
- High proficiency in Microsoft suite of products and CRM systems.
- Strong knowledge of sales and supply chain process.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including clear and concise communication.
- Strong time management, administration, and organisational skills.
- Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
