SENIOR FRONT OF HOUSE /BARISTA

We are looking for a senior who is focused, keen to build relationships with our customers, and have a happy and positive disposition.
If you are enthusiastic, motivated, well presented and possess exceptional customer service skills, then we would like to hear from you.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Take orders from customers in a professional manner
* Serve hot and cold beverages
* Engage with our customers, some travelling to Tasmania from all parts of the world
* Cash and payment handling
* Ensure customer satisfaction
Skills & Experience (Selection Criteria):
* Experience in the hospitality industry; say barista training, responsible service of alcohol
* Approachable and have a sociable personality
* Show initiative, be well mannered and enthusiastic
* Ability to multitask and deal with multiple orders
* Excellent communication skills, friendly and outgoing
* Work well under pressure, and in a team environment
* Attention to detail
