· Review client-submitted supporting documents for completeness and relevance to application requirements.
· Cross-check submitted documentation against lender-specific requirements and aggregator compliance standards.
· Ensure documentation quality and audit readiness to support loan lodgement.
· Conduct income assessments for PAYG and self-employed applicants in line with lender policies.
· Complete serviceability calculators and funding position summaries to support credit decisions.
· Identify inconsistencies or risks in income documentation and escalate where required.
· Prepare lender notes, loan scenarios, and pricing or valuation requests.
· Complete accurate and compliant loan lodgements within the appropriate lender platforms and timelines.
· Ensure alignment with credit policy and required documentation standards prior to submission.
· Track and manage loan applications from lodgement through to formal approval.
· Proactively follow up and respond to Missing Information Requests (MIRs) or lender exceptions.
· Liaise with clients, brokers, lenders, builders, and conveyancers to obtain information and provide status updates.
· Ensure finance clause deadlines are met through proactive management and communication.
· Collaborate with the settlements team to ensure a smooth settlement process for clients.
· Ensure final documentation and CRM updates are completed to close off the application lifecycle.
· Experience in an administrative role.
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Willingness to learn.
· Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently.
· Experience in the mortgage or banking industry – desirable but not essential.
