Projoin is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our team. This role involves installing custom cabinetry and joinery for residential and commercial projects, ensuring all work is completed with precision, efficiency, and professionalism.
As a Cabinet Maker, you'll work closely with the manufacturing team, project managers, and clients to ensure seamless on-site installations. You'll be responsible for reading technical drawings, handling cabinetry transport and assembly, and problem-solving unexpected site challenges while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.

About the Role
We're seeking a skilled and reliable Intermediate Cabinet Maker to fabricate and assemble custom joinery in our Thomastown factory, with occasional support for installations. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, is detail-focused, and takes pride in producing high-quality joinery.
Key Responsibilities:
Cabinet Making & Assembly – Manufacture and assemble cabinetry from technical drawings, ensuring precision and high craftsmanship.
Technical Workmanship – Use hand and power tools, woodworking machinery, and a variety of materials, including timber, MDF, and laminates.
On-Site Installation Support (As Needed) – Assist with cabinetry installation when required, ensuring a seamless fit and finish.
Process Improvement – Contribute to workshop efficiency, organization, and quality control.

Requirements:
3-5 years' experience in cabinet making or joinery
Certificate III or IV in Cabinet Making or relevant qualification
Ability to read & interpret technical drawings and cutting lists
Competence with hand & power tools, woodworking machinery
Physical fitness to lift and transport cabinetry and materials
Driver's license & White Card
