We are seeking a highly skilled TIBCO Developer to join the dynamic team at UpperGround by Hudson. This role leverages deep expertise in TIBCO technologies, Linux systems, and deployment management to solve complex problems and drive operational excellence.
Location: Adelaide SA (preferred), open to Melbourne VIC or Sydney NSW
Employment Type: 6‑Month contract with extension possibilities
Security Clearance: Baseline clearance required
Key Responsibilities
* Install, configure and manage TIBCO components including:
o BusinessWorks (BW)
o EMS
o Runtime Agent
o TIBCO Enterprise Administration (TEA)
o TIBCO FastTrack (FTL)
o Hawk
* Design and implement runtime configuration packages for TIBCO BW applications.
* Set up and maintain environment configurations for BW deployments.
* Manage application deployments, versioning and rollback strategies.
* Administer Linux systems and ensure platform stability.
* Configure secure communication protocols using SSL/TLS certificates.
* Handle networking aspects including ports, firewalls and host configurations.
* Develop and maintain scripts to automate operational tasks.
* Collaborate using Bitbucket and SourceTree for version control and code management.
* Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
Qualifications
* Proven experience with TIBCO platform components and deployment lifecycle.
* Strong Linux system administration skills.
* Solid understanding of networking and security principles.
* Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Shell, Python).
* Familiarity with Bitbucket and SourceTree.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.

* Robust runtime configuration packages tailored for TIBCO BW.
