Service Coordinator – Electronic Security

About the Role
You will be responsible for coordinating service jobs, scheduling technicians, and ensuring customers receive timely, professional service. This is a critical role supporting our service operations and overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and coordinate service technicians
* Manage service jobs, work orders, and documentation (Simpro preferred)
* Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries
* Communicate clearly with customers and field technicians
* Monitor job progress and follow up outstanding works
* Maintain accurate records and service data
* Assist in resolving service issues in a professional, customer-focused manner
About You
Previous experience in a Service Coordinator / Scheduler role (security, trades, or service industry experience highly regarded)
* Simpro experience highly desirable
* Strong customer service mindset
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High level of organisation and attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
* Confident working in a busy, deadline-driven environment
