To provide a high quality podiatry service to the clients/patients/residents of Bass Coast Health, utilising assessment skills and developing individual treatment plans to deliver a person centred service.
Requirements of the position are:
MANDATORY:
1. Bachelor of Podiatry
2. Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
3. Current Victorian Drivers Licence
4. Member or eligibility for membership of the Victorian Podiatry Association
5. Valid Police Check
6. Working with Children Check
7. COVID-19 Vaccination in accordance with the Chief Health officer COVID-19 Mandatory vaccination Directions
8. Flu Vaccination
DESIRABLE:
9. Minimum 2 years experience as a Podiatrist with demonstrated clinical skills, knowledge and reasoning in assessment and intervention in a hospital and / or community setting
10. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a member of an effective multidisciplinary team
11. Highly developed organisational, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to relate positively to people from diverse backgrounds
12. Proven ability to meet reporting requirements to a high standard within set timeframes
13. Demonstrated ability to be actively involved in CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) and provide initiative in service development and evaluation
14. Experience in networking, coordinating, and liaising with a wide range of service providers and other relevant bodies
15. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
16. Demonstrated participation in Professional development
